How do you know the quality level of the products you can buy?
China is a market like any other, or almost: there are very good products, not so good ones and bad ones. Here, as elsewhere, there are different quality standards. This market is huge, you have to know the codes and how to navigate it.
It is up to the company and the trader to understand the demand. This is extremely important, and you have to spend the necessary time.
Lian Conect Company Ltd must ensure that it has all the elements (type of product, quality, quantities, etc.). It is up to the trader to find the factory that will be able to manufacture this order at the required cost, time and quality. At Lian Conect Company, we have a file of factories that we have tested (we have a good relationship with them, they are reliable). We ask them about your order and negotiate the price, the manufacturing time,... .
China is an extraordinary market. There is everything, but it is not the cheapest market; you must not fall into this trap. On this market as on others, it is a matter of trust with the trader. Lian Conect Company usually sends samples for an initial order. These samples are at the customer's expense and are refunded after the first order.
This is how we do our job, we think that a few photos or videos are not always enough and that a sample is sometimes necessary. This is why you should not hesitate to ask us for one.
What is the minimum order quantity, is it also a question of weight, volume?
For the payment you ask for 30 % at the order and 70 % at the departure of the transport, which seems to be the convention. What guarantees do you have that we will receive our goods?
First of all, we do not intervene without a signed estimate and a deposit. It is a rule, these 2 operations constitute the contract which binds you to Lian Conect Company, on which appears our commitments.
Then, you have guarantees when your container is loaded; it is sealed, you will receive a copy of what is called the Bill of lading, an official document certifying the loading on board of your container on its way to your destination port. It will be insured during the entire journey by the carrier.
For your information, the production of the Bill of Lading (you may one day read it under the name of Bill of Lading) proves that the carrier has taken charge of your container and is committed to deliver it in the same condition as when it was loaded. This document is the title to the goods carried during the voyage. The bill of lading is a summary of the contract of carriage of your goods. It shows the nature of the goods, the weight, the make or model, etc.
It is the same logic for a rail or air transport.
What is the method of payment and in what currency?
Payment is made at the times we have mentioned, i.e. 30% at the time of ordering and the remaining 70% before the departure of the boat (train or plane).
Payment is made by international bank transfer, in the currency of your choice. Our bank accepts all currencies. Of course, as with any company, you will have all the official documents and a deposit invoice and final invoice.
What guarantees that my supplies will arrive in full and in good condition at the port of destination?
We work for you to find the right factory, to find the right price and to make sure that it respects the quality announced, the deadlines, and the packaging of the goods (packaging, protection, etc.).
The factory is responsible for the goods until the container is loaded. Then the port insures the containers during the loading of the container into the ship, and the ship, the carrier, is responsible for insuring all the goods transported. The same applies to trains and planes.
Also, once you arrive at the destination port you have chosen, the one closest to your home. Once the goods have been cleared through customs, there are two possibilities:
Either you take it over and transport it yourself to your company.
Or you can ask us to transport the goods to your company and the carrier will then guarantee the goods transported.
At each stage, the entire order is taken care of and insured.
There are several routes for your orders.
In a very simplified way, we can say that the smaller the order in volume and weight (we are really talking about very small volumes), the more interesting it will be to fly. And the shorter the transport time, the more expensive it is.
-The fastest way is by air express. You will receive your goods in less than a week.
-Then comes the classic air solution: about 8 days.
-The rail freight solution allows you to receive your goods in 3 to 4 weeks.
-Finally, sea transport by container (5 to 6 weeks)
When ordering through your company, how long does it take to get the goods?
