" When I was a young student in oriental language option Mandarin Chinese, everybody made fun of me. Indeed, at that time, the fashion was Japanese, China was not yet open. My passion, my boundless curiosity for China was not commercial at that time, it was cultural and historical.
Today, we have to admit that the world has changed.
China is the workshop of the world, thousands of containers leave every day from the biggest ports for the four corners of the planet. We must recognize that the know-how and manufacturing capabilities are challenges taken up by Chinese factories.
Historically, trading houses were the link between the buyer and the production plant. With the arrival of websites on the market, the model changed: the buyer could order directly from the factory, without knowing the factory, via local websites.
